At Pinnacle, we are explorers at heart. We work hard to not only find new ways to help our customers, but to also build our team up. We prioritize growth and personal development for our employees because it helps us drive excellence and provide an impact for our customers.
As explorers, we know that each day will hold a different adventure. Our collaborative work environment encourages networking with leadership and team building. It is through building these relationships that we are able to learn more and explore new ideas among our team.
We know starting a new role can be daunting. That’s why we created The Launch for Success program for new employees. Throughout The Launch, new employees learn more about what we do, meet leadership, and build relationships with peers so they are ready to make an impact starting day one and throughout their career.
In order to continue to drive excellence, we started the Quarterly Performance Check-In (QPCI) Program. Through the QPCI Program, individuals are able to sit down with their manager and discuss their performance and goals and see where there is opportunity to drive even more excellence on their team.
We are constantly striving to make the world more reliable, and to do so, we focus on personal development. Through lunch and learns, supervisor and accountability training, leadership development, and learning opportunities, we continue to grow ourselves and our teams to better serve our customers.
Each month, a leader within Pinnacle leads the fireside chat to update the company on news and events, new innovations, team celebrations, and project wins.
We believe that a part of personal development is sharing your thoughts and values with others, and that’s exactly what book clubs enable our teams to do.
Engaging with team members is the best way to explore new ideas, which is why we have collision points – or places where collaboration is encouraged – throughout our campus.
While most employees work directly from our Pasadena, TX office, there are always opportunities to relocate and work directly on a customer site to receive invaluable experience.
From Newton to Dataminer to Circuitizer, our teams are able to test out and use different technologies that make our teams’ work easier and our customers’ facilities more reliable.
Many roles have the ability to interface with our customers, build rapport and relationships, and learn and improve communication and leadership skills.
We like to reward employees for their hard work. After an employee reaches their five-year and ten-year anniversaries with Pinnacle, they are given an extra week of paid time off to travel to their destination of choice, paid by Pinnacle.
Supporting our local community is important to us and we like to serve Pasadena and every community we are a part of. Every year, each employee is given eight hours of paid time off to volunteer in the community.
We are blessed to have access to one of the most beautiful retreats in the Smoky Mountains, TN: Sugar Hollow. Many corporate trainings and working sessions are held here and the facility is complimentary for all employees to use.
