With over 25 years of experience, Sean is an operations and maintenance leader with a reputation for exceeding expectations in project execution, project controls, business development, continuous operations performance, and financial delivery. Sean has served in a variety of roles, including Director of Asset Management, Regional Director of Maintenance Operations, and Operations Manager. His broad range of experience makes him an industry expert in the implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Maintenance Optimization principles. Sean holds many industry accreditations including, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing SME, Asset Performance SME, and ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 auditor.
As Pinnacle’s Vice President of Client Solutions, Nathanael Ince is responsible the oversight of marketing, account development/sales, and long term value creation to ensure Pinnacle is on track to fulfilling its vision. In addition, Nathanael is responsible for strategic M&A and partnerships; messaging and positioning; support of major deals and strategic client relationships; organic product and service development strategies; and annual goal setting form marketing, account development, and long term value creation functions.
