For the second consecutive year, Pinnacle was named to Houston Business Journal’s list of largest Port Houston and Ship Channel-area employers. The list recognizes the top 25 companies with the greatest number of local, full-time employees in the Port Houston and Ship Channel area.
The Port Houston and Ship Channel area is home to some of the largest companies in the world and plays a significant role in the success of the global economy. The 2020 list is comprised of companies from a variety of industries including the oil and gas, manufacturing, and health care industries. The 25 companies on the 2020 list have more than 57,000 total local employees and combine for a total companywide revenue of $880 billion.
Pinnacle joins the list with other large companies including the NASA Johnson Space Center, The Boeing Co., and ExxonMobil Baytown Refinery. Pinnacle was founded in 2006 and has consistently been recognized for its growth over the last 14 years through the Inc. 5000, HBJ Fast 100, and Aggie 100 lists. Additionally, Pinnacle was recognized as the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce’s Business of the year in 2019.
