Pinnacle, an expert in designing, maintaining, and implementing asset integrity and reliability programs, announces its new offering to perform the implementation and upgrade to GE Digital’s APM version 4 software, previously known as Meridium. Pinnacle and Amplify Technology Solutions (Amplify), a leader in technical IT implementations for APM software, are collaborating to migrate existing APM customers from version 3 to version 4 or Predix APM, the cloud-based platform for GE Digital’s APM software. Additionally, Pinnacle and Amplify are working together to implement the application for new GE Digital APM customers.

“The combination of Pinnacle’s functional expertise and Amplify’s technical expertise is an unmatched combination in the industry,” said Stephen Flory, Engineering Manager, APM at Pinnacle. “We offer customers the opportunity to either set up GE Digital’s APM platform optimally from the beginning or realign their existing program to maximize return on investment through the upgrade process.”

The upgrade process presents a unique opportunity for facilities to assess what is working or not working with their existing program and utilize the upgrade as a catalyst to drive change and improvements to their integrity or reliability program. Pinnacle and Amplify’s strategic approach of combining the functional and technical aspects of this initiative will drive improvements in integrity and reliability programs globally.

“We’re excited about our alliance with Pinnacle as they bring subject matter expertise that combines well with Amplify’s technical domain capabilities,” said Pete Ankner, Managing Director at Amplify. “Together with Pinnacle we’re able to deliver full-scale APM upgrades and implementations.”
