Pinnacle begins by identifying performance opportunities for both lost production and maintenance spend across plants, units, and/or equipment types. During this step, Pinnacle will provide benchmarks to peers in both cost and reliability breakout KPIs. Using the programmatic and equipment-specific root causes to the performance gaps identified in step one, we then build an improvement plan and prioritize quick wins that will close both the spending and lost production gaps. This plan includes ensuring proper buy-in from both leadership and frontline users to ensure commitment through full rollout and adoption.


Pinnacle’s project teams execute the improvement plan, utilizing the horsepower and expertise of roughly 1,000 people and the efficiencies of an array of in-house implementation tools. The result is an efficiently implemented improvement plan and minimal use of site resources (we only use site resources when it is essential to gain crucial data and/or ensure buy-in for program adoption).

Pinnacle is software agnostic and we provide implementation, conversion, and upkeep of industry-leading asset performance management systems. To date, we have completed more than 250 implementations in various platforms.


Sustaining programmatic improvements is critical to getting the full value from the efforts. We find facilities will invest millions into their programs but struggle to maintain their investments. To the degree required, Pinnacle can become a long-term reliability partner, with support ranging from annual audits and benchmarking to day-to-day condition monitoring/inspection and reliability engineering.
