Unique Experiences
5 and 10 Year Trips
We like to reward employees for their hard work. After an employee reaches their five-year and ten-year anniversaries with Pinnacle, they earn an extra week of paid time off to travel to their destination of choice, paid by Pinnacle.
Volunteer Paid Time Off (VPTO)
Supporting our local community is important to us, and we like to serve Pasadena and every community we are a part of. Every year, each employee is given eight hours of paid time off to volunteer in the community.
Corporate Retreat Access
We have access to Sugar Hollow, one of the most beautiful retreat centers in the Smoky Mountains, Tennessee. Many corporate training and working sessions are held at Sugar Hollow and the facility is complimentary for all employees to use.

Opportunity to Interface with Customers
While most of our employees work directly from our office in Pasadena, Texas, there are opportunities for team members to relocate and work directly on a customer site. Many of our roles interface with our customers and provide invaluable experience in building customer relationships and honing communication and leadership skills.
Collaborative Culture
The most impactful accomplishments are achieved by teams working and growing together. Each month, we have company-wide fireside chats to update our team on news and events, new innovations, team celebrations, and project wins. We also have collision points – or places where collaboration is encouraged – throughout our campus so team members can engage and explore new ideas together.
